The Evolution of Education and Workforce Planning
The rising cost of a college education, coupled with the growth of technology and globalization, is disrupting the long-accepted model of education. While learning has traditionally taken place in a centralized location with an instructor, technology and emerging models on how people learn have altered this environment. These developments have created both opportunity and risk when it comes to the world of workforce planning.

In this session, participants will learn:

  •          The extent to which platforms for education are changing — and how far.
  •          The impact of technology on education’s future.
  •          A company’s role in shaping education to enhance workforce planning.
